What is CallyraSMS?
CallyraSMS rents temporary phone numbers so you can receive one-time verification codes for online services, paid from a prepaid wallet.
Do I need to verify my identity?
No. You sign up with an email address, accept the Acceptable Use Policy and fund your wallet. We monitor usage patterns instead of collecting identity documents.
What happens if no code arrives?
If the number expires without a message, the provider confirms it and the full order price is refunded to your wallet automatically.
Can I get a refund after a code arrives?
No. Once a message has been delivered to the number, the order is complete and not refundable.
How do I pay?
Top up your wallet with Paystack in Nigeria, Flutterwave elsewhere in Africa, or Paddle internationally. Balances are kept in US dollars at a rate shown before you pay.
Which services are not allowed?
Government, tax, identity, telecom-carrier and banking services cannot be ordered, and using numbers for fraud, harassment or any illegal purpose is prohibited.
Is there an API?
Yes. Create an API key in your account to order numbers programmatically and receive signed webhooks when numbers are rented, codes arrive or refunds are issued.
